What is Notice of Undocumented Action?

I have a pending lawsuit filed against me in civil court. I was checking my case online at the CA court website and saw that a ''Notice of Undocumented Action'' was filed. It doesn't say what party filed it. What exactly is this? Thank you.

Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to tell what this doucment might be without actually reading it. In a case like this, the title of document is not so important as the content.

An undocumented event could be ust about anything. It could be a hearing without a court report or something very innocent, but any guess would be speculation at this point.
