Re: Obtain bank accounts

You can serve the judgment debtor, or his attorney, with Interrogatories in aid of execution, and get all of his bank accounts. You can have the court issue what is known as an ORAP, an Order for the Appearance of Judgment Debtor, and have a writ of execution issued and a "turn over order" issued by the hearing date, and you can immediately recover any uncovered assets. Good Luck!
