obtaining records of my complaints, acknowledged errors on my account

for the last 6 months i've received erroneous charges on my cell phone bill. i've been patient, my concerns have been acknowledged and credits have been issued but the problem remains. now i wish i'd gotten names, ext #s and recorded details of each and every call. is there a way to obtain records from verizon? i've been a customer with them for 10 years. all i did was make a plan change in response to a mailer i received from them and it's been hell ever since. i can't believe what they've done. they've overbilled, i've overpaid and yesterday they interrupted my service for per there records i had a passed due amount of $63.00. I've paid them a total of $2,241.88 in the last 6 months alone. my bill should never be more than $200 a month. 'your problem is our problem the first time you call.' don't believe it! thank you

My wife had that same problem a number of years ago with Verizon. She finally got their attetnion when she took them to small claims court and they settled out of court by paying back the amount of the over charges.
