Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I owe Aarons Lease, I am behind on my parents. i have been making payments everyweek but not whats actually owed. Today around noon 2 men came to my home and asked my 11 year old daughter questions. Question 1, is your mom home. 2) where is your mom 3.) where does your mom work 4). when do your mom leave and come home from work. Is this against the law?

Your 11-year old daughter should not have opened the door to strangers.

More than likely, the men are trying to find out where to serve the summons and complaint. They cannot serve it on an 11-year old. It has to be served on an adult occupant of your home.
