Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
I owe a balance on a dui fine,that has been turned over to a collection agency.My question is will this balance of my fine,being turned over to collections will it go away after so many years, you know like a credit card type thing?

Absolutely not. There is no statute of limitations on government fines.
