It's not apparent from your information if your name is literally on the account. Your best bet? Contact the bank and ask them: if they received a garnishment order against you, would it attach to the account in question?
Good luck and regards,

If you are just an authorized signer on the account, your creditors cannot reach the account. If, however, it is a joint account, they can. The practical test is whether the bank has your social security number attached to the account. If so, the judgment creditor will treat it as your account and your grandmother would have to go to court to get the money back if they take it, in an action called a Third Party Claim proceeding.
