getting paid

i sell an install window coverings i have customer that will not pay me nothing makes her happy her and her husband lie to me about who is dealing with their problem they have been using the shades for a month . I have offered to make all changes they desire. but they wont respond they own a roofing co. and have plenty of assets. i dont wont to deal with them any more i just wont to get paid

If the amount is $5,000 or less, you can sue in small claims court. If it's more than that, then you'd have to file a more conventional suit. You might send a demand letter by certified return receipt mail. Keep a copy as evidence of your demand, which is required.
