Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

If both my parents signed as personal guarantors for my business to take out business credit cards and business lines of credit under a corporation, and my business wasn't able to make enough income to pay the debt, would a chapter 13 bk be the best thing being that my parents own a home that's almost paid off?

or what would be the best solution?

Bankruptcy is a complicated process with many moving parts -- proper guidance depends on understanding the full picture. I suggest you speak with a local bankruptcy attorney to receive accurate advice.
