RE: Do I have to pay a medical debt that has expired sol, if it is validated?

Thank you for answering my question. Do you know where I can find a sample letter telling them never to contact me as they may be violating Fair Credit practices act?

The Statute of Limitations is an affirmative defense. If it is not raised in an answer, it is possible that a judgment could be entered against you if you are sued. However, the collection letter sent to you may have violated the Fair Debt Collection Act. We would have to review the letter to see if there is a violation.
