Cant pay small debt
I owe in one credit card including things i got out on credit such as a cell phone also outstanding bank accounts, all summed up its around less than 2,000 the problem is that i got married had a baby and no longer work, my husband does not want to pay my debt so i have no way absolutely of paying, i also want a detailed list of what i owe but i need a credit card to access that database and i dont have one, i know my credit is very poor right now and not till i pay off what i owe i can re build it, how can i fix it if i cant pay my debt??

You have to pay off your debt. If you are not working, they will come after community property assets. In other words, half of your husband's property may be able to be used to satisfy the debt in case of a judgment. You should contact the creditors now and make arrangements and explain to your husband that it is easier to do this now, then it is to do it later.
If he will not listen to you, you should consult with an attorney.
