Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
Payday Loan
I have a outstanding loan with payday loan, I requested proof that I owe this loan. I told payday loan in the letter that if I owe this loan I can only pay $20 a month.
I recieved a reply letter and I do owe the loan and payday loan wants $100 a month.
I am on SSI (I told payday loan this in letter)
I can only affors $20 a month and it seems that payday don't want to work with me in the $20 payment plan.
I need to know what do I do now?
