Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
I have been paying on a car that I volunteerly gave up to a major auto dealer who sold the car and filed suit against me for the unpaid amount after the car was sold by them. I have made payments on this car since 2005, I have attempted to cont the car manufacturing company and the refer me to their debt collectors an attorney firm in CA. What is my recourse?
