Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I have been paying a debt collector for about 2 years now, every 6 months they contact me because I setup automatic payments for 6 months. My payment is due this month and they have not deducted the payment, I've tried contacting them for 2 weeks now and all of their phone numbers are busy or keep ringing. I've tried contacting other offices and I get the same results. The company is Mann Bracken LLP. What should I do? Thank you!

Mann Bracken is in a tail spin and pretty much out of business. You should contact the original creditor to see if you can make payment arrangements.
