Payment in full

When disputing a bill, i came up with a different amount then the biller did. I sent a check with "Paid in full" written on it and she cashed it. Did she legally accept payment in full? Also can you take away discounts once given and used?

No, that type of restrictive endorsement is not enforceable in California.
