Payment for item ordered but not accepted

We ordered a custom mantle. The invoice stated: ''no cash refunds, store credit on all orders, 15% re-stocking fee on all items, no out of state checks, 25.00 on all returned checks. We have not accepted the mantel, and don't want it. Do we have to accept it and pay the remainder?

You dont have to accept it, but they can keep 15% of the price as a restocking fee.
