Personal Loan gone wrong

Lent a friend money (about 100k, includes interest), have document of signed copies bank withdrawals, receipts, etc.

Sent demand letter for money which was returned at two know addresses.

Please help with process.

Further letters would probably do no good. I recommend that you file a lawsuit. Do you know anything about where his assets may be? Please contact us if you have any more questions.
