Personal Loans

How can someone collect a personal loan from another party that has now moved from California to Florida? The amount owed is $1,500.00 The person admits they owe the money but is refuseing to pay

The action will have to be brought in Florida. There are attorneys in many states, who belong to the Commercial Law League, who are willing to handle such matters on a contingent fee, possibly with the addition of what is called a suit fee of some small amount. Fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500) is a tough number to go through this process, but it may be a matter of principle, and you will recover.
