Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Plaintiff Demsnd for Production of Documents

I am asked to produce documents and specifically including all correspondence between myself (defendant) and plaintiff. Other than my Answer and Proof of Service I have no other documents to produce. Do I resubmit those documents and must I prepare a special document to do so?

You need to either buy a book about how to litigate cases or you need to hire an attorney. If you do this wrong, you will face sanctions from the court.
