Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I have power of attorney on a bank account my husband uses for his business. I am being sued by a creditor and they have been levying all accounts I own. Will they be able to levy this one?

Could be, but not because you have a power of attorney.

If you have the right to withdraw funds from the account for your own purposes, they can reach it. Otherwise probably not, though community property can be taken to satisfy a debt, so they might be able to get it anyway.
