Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
I was given Power of Attorney to my sister's bank account. If I have judgment against me, could my creditor (credit card company) put a lien or freeze on my appointed POA account...which legally belonged to my sister?

As an "attorney-in-fact" under a Power of Attorney your duty is act on behalf of your sister and for her benefit. The money and her assets do not transfer to you for your benefit. Therefore, your sister's assets and money cannot be garnished by your creditors.
