Are you asking "what problems will you have if you don't pay your credit card debt"?

If you do not pay your credit card debt, the credit card companies will first send your accounts to collections. The collections companies will ruthlessly contact you and demand payment. They will charge high fees and interest. They may even try to contact your family or work to find you. After some time, the accounts will be sold to a collections attorney who will sue you for breach of contract. The lawsuit will be reduced to a judgment and after some more time, the attorneys will seek to garnish your wages.

If you wish to avoid all of that, you should speak with a local bankruptcy attorney.
