Promise not kept

How can I get my money back from this business who specialize in Spiritual guidance when there's only verbal agreement?

They may be sued for breach of oral contract, if you can prove the existence of one.

I agree with attorney Torrey. It's a matter of proving that there was an oral agreement. If you file a small claims lawsuit, perhaps you have telephone records, checks, e-mails that back up your claim. Good luck!
