Was promised money

I met someone on myspace who state they had millions and loved my music and wanted to invest something when I was searching for investors. They seemed like a nice, genuine person and lived about 2 hours away supposedly in Santa Barbara. Anyway, soon after we started talking I lost my job and asked if she could help me personally with a little money as a loan and she said no problem and would be glad to help and actually didn't want me to pay her back. Long story short...it's been a month and a half now and she has never followed through. she's done everything from telling me to come meet with her several times or she was coming here several times and that she mailed it out and I needed to be around to sign for it and then said it came back to her a week later. All these times I would wait around and she would never come through and I'd be stuck going out of my way or waiting around all the while missing out on work because she would just disappear for days or just be in contact enough to keep me hanging. I have so many of her promises recorded from our online discussions. (Most of our contact was online...only talked on the phone a handful of times.) The amount she said she was s
