Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Property lien

We own a house with a mortgage. Judgments have been entered and liens have been filed for non-payment of a student loan and a credit card. Can either force the sale of the house? Can the credit card company still go after other assets like our bank accounts now that the lien has been filed on the property.
