Can I put a lean hold on someones property if my motorcycle gets stolend from there property

well my friend takes my motorcycle with out my permition, he crashes the bike. He takes the bike to his brother in laws house. The next thing I know is the motorcycle gets moved from there with out anybody letting me know, is moved to someone elses house. The motorcycle gets stoled and no one knows anything about it. Can I sue all 3 people involved.The motorcycle is about $7500.00

If you sue them and win, you can place a judgment lien on their property. You can file this lawsuit in small claims court and there is no way to predict what the judge would decide as far as who is responsible for your loss.
