I don't qualify for Chapter 7

Can I just walk away from my unsecured credit card debts and personal loans.

Will they really take legal action against me?

Mostly they will bombard you with automatic phone calls from 8 AM to 9 PM. Eventually they will sue, or they will sell the debt to a CA and they will sue. Sometimes the lawsuit can be defended. Hope your situation improves.
