Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
Question, I had a civil case filed against me in Riverside County, California., they won a judgment, then issed a write of execution out of Sacramento County, California and then somehow mailed it to my companies main office in Atlanta, Georgia. Can they open it with the sherriffs office in a completely different county than the case was filed in and then mail it to another state and have it be legal??? Just curious because I've heard this specific agency is rather shady. Refused every offer i made to attempt to make payment plans to them.

There's nothing shady about their refusing your "attempts to make payment plans." You already broke your promise to make monthly payments, and they don't believe you anymore. Too bad you decided to blow-off the lawsuit papers and lost the legal case.
