question is: i have a judgment against me from a collection agency, we are going to an exemption heiring next week to decide how much they will be garnishing from my paycheck. after this heiring has decided what the amount will be, are they aloud to go after my bank accts also, after this is decided. do i need to worry about this after they decide the amount of garnishment. and do i need to worry about my tax return being seized at all, now or in the future. how far can they keep going with this.

You can negotiate a payback amount so as to prevent the creditor from attaching your bank accounts and tax refund.
Have you considered bankruptcy?
