Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I received interrogatories, request for admissions, and request for production of documents. The Proof of Service has a date of 1/12/2011, but the postmark on the envelope has 1/20/2011. Do I have any recourse?

No. Just save the envelope and respond to the discovery requests within 35 days not including the postmark date but including the day you mail the responses to the discovery requests (interrogatories, admissions requests and production of documents requests).
