Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
I received an invoice for an amount of services that far exceeds what actually was rendered. I have offered to pay a fair amount but they are threatening collections if I don't pay the full amount. I never signed anything. What can I do to protect my credit?
Thank you, Scott

What service was rendered? Was a price quoted to you prior to rendering the service?
