I just received on the mail a CASE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT (CM-110) from a law firm.

What do I need to do?

If you have not yet filed an answer to the complaint, you'd better hussle and get that on file and serve opposing counsel. Otherwise, the plaintiff's attorney could take your default, obtain a judgment, and then start collecting by grabbing money in your bank account and your wages, if any.
