Do not fill out any forms without first consulting an attorney. We're here to help. Feel free to call or write me directly.

It would be unwise to attempt a response if the forms themselves are confusing. If you dont wish to hire an attorney at least speak with one before you fill out the paperwork. If you would like to send me an email or call me directly I would be happy to explain the forms.

For the future, most attorneys have at least a free consultation; Dont hesitate to reach out to one of us if you suspect you cant handle a legal situation.

Good luck & Thank you for your question!
