Repo Help with Cross State SOL

I lived in Arizona during college. I purchased a car. It was voluntarely repossed in 2002. My last payment was on 09/2002. But my credit report shows closure of the account on 12/2002. And Charge off from 2002-2005 I moved back to California in 2003. Now I asked a current law firm who owns the account supposidly for validation no response. I just want to make sure they cant sue me in arizona becasue the sol has expired in california.Also the collection agency that purchased this account purchased this in 2005. Does the SOL restart from this date or original Creditor date. Thanks

You need to check with an attorney in Arizona on the statute of limitations in Arizona and whether they can still collect this.
