Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Repoesssion

My mothers car was picked up by the finance compay they called my cousin and told them that they needd someone to sign a form that we authorized them to take my mothers car back my name is not on the car my mothers only I am in a big problem what can I do now the finance is comming after me to make the payments I am on disabity. I need legal help as soon as possible.
