How to report delinquent rent payments to the three Credit Reporting Agencies?

Obtain a judgment. Otherwise, you have to subscribe to the major credit reporting bureaus, and that is not a simple task. Finally, there are several tenant screening services, and if you are a member, you can report tenants' defaults there.
