What is California law in regards to repossession of RV trailers.

No deficiency balance may be sought unless you are mailed at least 10 days notice of sale. You may cure your default before the sale by paying all that is due and storage and towing fees

Mr. McCoy gave you the proper advice. I assume this is an RV and not a mobile home, which would have different laws. If that is the case, Mr. McCoy's advice was perfect.
