Repossession of Spouees Automobile

My husband has a car not in my name. It is under his name only, and a repo company is looking to siege it. I don't know exactly where the car is, because were seperated and the repo company is harassing me. Does the repo company have rights to come to my job and make threats to me about the vechicle? Please let me know.
