Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

resolving a lein on my property

I had a judgement imposed and now what to take care of it. I have contacted the other party and they said they would sign off the lein. How do I obtain an ''abstract of judgement'' form so that they can sign and have it filed with the courts without a fee to an attorney?

See http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/forms/fillable/ej100.pdf. They should also prepare a release of lien that you could record with the county recorder.
