Who is responsible for Medical bills in the process of a divorce
My questions is this.. my husband has MANY medical bills we are seperated getting ready for a divorce, am I responsible for his medical bills until the date our divorce is final or does it start from the date of out seperation?

The community ends at separation. However, existing medical coverage should be maintained until final judgment of dissolution. My rates are very reasonable and I offer free consultations.
