Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I had a restaurant that closed last year and one of the vendors obtained a judgment against me. I spoke with their attorney, who agreed to vacate the judgment if I paid my share of the fees only (I have a partner who disappeared on me). The attorney said that I needed to put the paperwork together.

1. Is there a template of an agreement of the terms we have discussed?

2. What form do I need to file for the stip to vacate? I have searched the CA court info website and am not coming up with anything.

Please advise.

Thank you!

You are not going to find forms for what you need. The stipulation to vacate would be in the agreement. Then you would prepare a partial Satisfaction fo Judgment. There is a form for that.
