scammed with car deal

an old friend of mine called me after two years of not hearing from her, she told me about the problems she was having and i went for it....She had a dog she didn't want and i bought it rom her...Then she needed someone to watch her son.....Then she needed money to barrow and i let her barrow 300 dollars....She explained to me that if i needed a new car...Her car was repo'ed and i could get it rom her by taking over payments through her....She and i agreed to me paying for the past due in which she in five months would start applying toward the car note...When she got on her feet.

I paid for the car to get out the past due amount and i gave her 500 dollars just to loan her. I also paid 350.Oo car insurance, and she tried to steal the car from me twice so i moved....I have a written contrct she signed.

Also i made four payments i have proof of.. She continues to lie and say i gave her nothing i have proof of that too.

All cashiers checks i gave her and the payment center with my name on the checks.

Now she is trying to reposses the car...Can't do something like place a lean for the amount she held without making payments as we agreed? I owes me 3500.00 i want to place a lean for 5500.00
