Need to sell house

I helped my cousin purchase a home, Im the sole owner on home and loan. She is making late payments and ruining my credit. What are my options?

You have two options:

1. Make the payments on time;

2. Sell the house.

I would suggest you consult a real estate agent immediately to get the house on the market.

Next time, do not put your name on a house and the loan unless you plan on making the payments.

Also, if she's living in the house, you could evict her and put a tenant in there in the meantime who will help you cover the monthly mortgage payments. Limit the term of the rental in case you want to sell the property.
