Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

If someone is trying to serve me at work can the receptionist be held accountable for telling them on each occasion that I am not there to prevent them serving me? Also it is on private property - can the owner of the company tell them to leave and not come back as they are trespassing?

You know they are trying to serve you. You know this is coming...why not just are arrangements and be served... It is inevitable that you will be served... If you keep avoiding they will do it by publication
