Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I have been served with a "Complaint for Money" from a credit card company. What form do I use to respond to this.

Don't fill out a form just yet, and DO NOT call the other attorney. First, do you owe the money? How old is it? If it's over 4 years since your last payment was due (sometimes this happens) they sued you too late, but you will need help responding the right way if you have this or another valid defense.
