Re: just got served

You have 30 days after it was served to file a responsive pleading, including an answer. There might be an issue regarding the expiration of the statute of limitation. Please feel free to contact me with more information.

You should read through the old questions, which discuss this in detail. You may need to file an answer, a demurrer or some other pleading, including a motion to strike or a motion to quash. However, without knowing the specifics, no one can tell you which form to file. I suggset you talk to an attorney about this. You may want to go to www.naca.net to find an attorney.
