Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Settling creditors claims + letter of intent to dissolve

My company is disolving and I need to write a letter of intent to

creditors asking for settlement on debts owed. I am looking for

sample letters or information on what needs to be included in the

letter. Specifically - I want to try and settle all debts for a

percentage of what is owed to prevent bankruptcy.
