Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

i had someone sign a contract with me because she owes me 1000.00. It say's that she is to pay me 75.00 a month on the 20th of each month until paid off, and if she refuses to pay me she was to sign over her jep to me until I was paid off in full. She signed this contract and made 2 payments , then she stopped paying me and refuses to pay me back and she went down and had the pink slip to her vehicle transferd into someone else's name so that i could not get it . is there anything i can do about

You can sue her in small claims court, but that is your only remedy right now.
