co signing

I co sign for my stepson car and now i want the car back for reason i ratter not discuss.His name and mine are on the contact from the dealership.His name and mine are on the title.His frist in both cases. Its reg under his name.He is making payments so far.Can i just take the car back or what can i do.

You are not registered owner so you cannot take the car back. You are not title owner because the finance company has title.
