Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
hello, I have a situation that I need advice on. a person that used to live at my house had something sent to him on credit for his business and now Im being threatened to pay or be sued. is that possible? I had nothing to do with the transaction, in fact, the product wasnt even sent to my address, it was sent to where he lived after he moved out of my house. but since he used my address for literature, and my name is on his website, Im being threatened. Any advice?

Ignore them. If they really sue, write back.
