Small business loans

I had a small business loan and a credit card that I was unable to pay. They were both ''charged off'', but the bank continued to ask for payments. When I was able to make payments I began to. I missed last month and they took money from my personal account. Is this legal?

It sounds like there's more to the story, such as . . . Was the loan with the same bank as your account? Was there a signed agreement that said the bank could do that? Was there a judgment against you?
